INCOSE Set to Host International Workshop for Systems Engineers 4-Day Workshop
Brings Together Diverse Range of Engineers to Collaborate

SAN DIEGO (Jan 8, 2020) - The Annual INCOSE International Workshop (IW2020), scheduled for January 25th through 28th in Torrance, California, provides an invaluable opportunity for systems engineers to share and network with fellow systems thinkers.

The International Workshop brings together systems engineers from all levels and backgrounds to engage in working and outreach sessions over four days. The International Workshop includes an agenda focused on informing, collaborating, and problem-solving. There is something for everyone, whatever your level of expertise.

Working sessions bring together experts to focus on improving and completing working group products. Outreach sessions are ideal for attendees with little or no previous exposure to working groups and can serve as an entry point for deeper working group involvement.

Featured in 2020 again will be the Model-Based Systems Engineering Initiative, that brings systems engineers together from across all of INCOSE’s working groups to focus on current practices, advancements, and collaborative efforts across the systems modeling community. Visit the INCOSE website to learn more.

This year’s Foundation Soiree allows attendees to learn about INCOSE while networking and tasting wines from around the globe. At the Closing Plenary and MarketPlace, attendees will hear updates on the key outcomes from IW2020, learn about the year ahead for INCOSE, and report on working group progress.

These meetings are INCOSE’s premier forum for the exchange of ideas and for helping to move both INCOSE and systems engineering forward.

The International Workshop, offering networking and collaboration opportunities for systems engineers, is open to all INCOSE members. Non-members are encouraged to join INCOSE before the event. The event will be on Saturday, January 25th through Tuesday, January 28th, at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach – 3635 Fashion Way – Torrance, California 90503. Visit this link to register.
