The Industry Outreach Board is pleased to announce that there will be four industry tracks as part of the Technical Programming at IS2014, 30 June - 3 July in Las Vegas, Nevada.
· Automotive Industry Track
· Biomedical & Healthcare Industry Track
· Energy & Infrastructure Industry Track
· Ground Transportation Industry Track
This year's industry programming focuses on relevant industry themes and challenges - including increasing SE capability and SE competency within these domains; increasing the effectiveness of SE change programs across organizations; re-use and SE-based PLM (product lifecycle management) strategies. Industry Roundtables and working sessions allow industry exchange of current SE practices and approaches to addressing SE challenges.

· Transportation track will explore how the industry can develop SE competency and SE capability as demand grows - exchanging successful strategies employed by industry leaders and academic programs;
· Automotive track will feature Jaguar Land Rover discussing their SE-approach to PLM (product lifecycle management) rollout across the entire business and conduct an exchange on the challenges to effective systems application in the industry;
· Energy & Infrastructure track will feature SE in deep sea /oil & gas applications as well as SE for critical infrastructure applications;
· Healthcare track will focus on exchange of current, evolving SE practices - where industry patterns for SE tailoring/scaling/re-use will emerge
