The INCOSE Systems Engineering Technical Vision is now available for member download. This version is the result of internal review by INCOSE of the November 2004 draft document and will serve as the baseline document from which follow on versions will be generated. However, this version is for internal release only as INCOSE continues to address specific issues. Version 1.1 of the Technical Vision, scheduled for the April-May timeframe, will incorporate these revisions. Version 1.1 is intended to be released externally and will be the baseline from which Version 2.0 will be generated in collaboration with several other SE professional organizations.
