Chapter-Arranged On-Line SEP Training Course
Abstract: The INCOSE Enchantment Chapter has arranged a webinar-based SEP certification exam preparation training course through a special deal made with Paul Martin’s SE Scholar starting January 10, 2019, discount price until March 31, and stays opened for registered participants as long as necessary. The timing of this offering is conveniently planned for students to take a free SEP exam offered at NM Tech on April 4, 2019 in conjunction with the 2019 Socorro Systems Summit (another offering by the Chapter). This webinar serves as an overview of systems engineering even if you’re not interested in getting certified.
Instructor Bio: Your on-line instructor will be Paul Martin, ESEP , CTT+, a practicing Systems Engineer with over 35 years of experience. He’s been everything from a Product Engineer for General Electric Products Division to a Software Systems Engineer for a multi-million dollar Navy program. He started SE Scholar, LLC several years ago in order to help other Systems Engineers go through the INCOSE SEP Certification process because he didn’t have any help back in 2007 when he got his CSEP. Paul has two Certifications: (1) INCOSE’s “ Expert Systems Engineering Professional ” (ESEP) since 2012 and (2) CompTIA’s Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). Paul has a side job as an Adjunct Professor in the UMBC College of Engineering and Information Technology, Systems Engineering Graduate Programs. Paul has been teaching INCOSE SEP Exam Preparation Courses since 2009 and has taught several hundred students.
