Bestowed for Contributions to the Art and Practice of Systems Engineering

At the 2016 International Symposium, INCOSE presented its Fellows Award to Robert Kenley and Rick Steiner, ESEP, for their significant contributions to systems engineering. Kenley was honored for advancing the application of analytic methods and statistical modeling techniques in systems design and analysis, and Steiner received the award for his industry-leading work in developing the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and related real-world projects.
