A new version of the Systems Engineering Technical Vision with enhanced commercial content, an updated executive summary, and additional graphics is now available for member download. This updated version will be used as the basis for collaboration with SE groups in other professional organizations.  It is our hope that we will achieve significant interest from these groups in contributing to the final version 2.0 of the SE Technical Vision document.

 

Version 1.5, scheduled for the August timeframe, will have a new chapter on manufacturing. Updates of the chapters on Systems Architecting, Technical Management, SE Education, and SE Research are also planned for the August release. Looking forward to version 2.0, INCOSE is searching for a capable technical writer to ensure that we have a polished, high quality product for the SE community.
