The international conference “Complex System Design and Management” (CSD&M) is an annual meeting point for academic researchers and industrial & governmental players working on complex system and enterprise architecting & engineering. This MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) key event provides opportunities to update and brainstorm on methodological researches & technical practices and professional case studies on complex systems from a scientific & industrial perspective. CSD&M was created in France in 2010 by Prof. Dr. Daniel Krob (INCOSE Fellow) and organized each year by the French non-profit organization CESAMES with precious supports from worldwide partners. During the covid-19 the systems expert Prof. Dr. Xinguo Zhang (President INCOSE Beijing), Tsinghua Industrial Engineering Team and CSAA agreed to co-organize the editions in China. This is how the CSD&M2021 happend successfully in hybrid format that Spring and the CSD&M2023 will be back to Beijing October 30-31, expecting hundreds of professionals brainstorming together.
