For successful and efficient product delivery, expertise is needed in both project management (PM) and product development management. The systems engineering (SE) focus is product development and technical management in collaboration with other product-relevant technical domains areas, while project management is the “application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements”*. This talk will discuss PM-SE integration challenges, experiences, efforts, and approaches.
