Wasatch Chapter hosting First Annual Western Regional Conference
The Wasatch Chapter of INCOSE is hosting this first annual regional conference, serving the systems engineering communities from the Front Range in Colorado to the Pacific Coast. The conference will feature technical presentations, working groups, and panel discussions, with more activities being planned. This will be a great opportunity for high quality learning, networking, collaborating – all close to home in the majestic Wasatch Mountains. The venue is the Orbital ATK Conference Center, located in scenic Ogden Canyon – just an hour north of Salt Lake City International Airport.
The WSRC Program Committee invites you to improve the theory and practice of Systems Engineering by submitting a proposal for a presentation, panel discussion, workshop or tutorial on the conference theme: SYSTEMS ENGINEERING OUT W.E.S.T.

WSRC will feature keynote presentations from SE thought leaders, presentation from SE practitioners and academia, panels on important SE topics, and world-class tutorials from SE experts. WSRC will also feature an INCOSE SE Professional Development Day (SE-PDD), a virtual extension of the conference, with featured sessions broadcast to several satellite sites. Some accepted submittals may be invited to participate in the SE-PDD track.
Proposals for presentations of half-hour length are sought that will help improve systems engineering. Format for this conference is presentation only, no papers.
Proposals for panel discussions are sought on significant or controversial subjects in systems engineering, about which different points of view are held. Proposals for panel discussions should nominate knowledgeable, eloquent, polite members who can forcefully and succinctly advocate different positions on the panel topic.
Proposals for workshops or tutorials (half- or full-day) are sought that will teach systems engineering skills, tools, techniques, and knowledge. Proposals for tutorials should include a course outline and specify what will be gained by those attending.
