Systems Engineering Forum: Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
Registration is open for the Systems Engineering Forum: Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Focus Day to be held on November 3 at The Aerospace Corporation. This workshop will span systems engineering guidance for the acquisition of systems, tools, and implementation strategies for adopting and infusing model based technologies into system engineering practice.
The purpose of this workshop is to bring together government acquisition experts, tool vendors, and practitioners of MBSE from government, industry, and academia to discuss the unique challenges and potential solutions for advancing the systems engineering state-of-practice in government acquisition of systems. In addition to a keynote talk and panel discussions, the workshop features an exhibitor tools fair to provide attendees an opportunity to experience existing technology and tools as potential solutions to system engineering challenges.
Workshop Format
The workshop will feature a full day of events with over 200 attendees expected. Events include a keynote address from a senior government leader in space system acquisition, a panel discussion on strategies for implementing model based system engineering, and a vendor exhibit of product, services, and presentations on the application of vendor tools to support system engineering and architecture development tasks.
