CSER 2011 is an international event being jointly sponsored by the University of Southern California and The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE)'s LA Chapter.
CSER 2011 provides practitioners and researchers in academia, industry, and government a common platform to present, discuss, and influence systems engineering research and will provide access to forward-looking systems engineering research –invited speakers plus refereed papers, as well as perspectives from senior industry representatives.
