As systems engineers (SEs) we are faced with constant technical change and increased complexity. In our work areas, the demands put on systems engineers requires an ever growing set of knowledge and skills. Career and Professional Development (CPD) is increasingly the solution to acquiring and exercising diverse skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace. CPD is fundamental to growing our personal and professional portfolio of skills and is integral to increasing the value you represent to your organization, now and in the future.
The Saint Louis University Center for Workforce and Organizational Development provides professional organizational and technology training for skill acquisition and certification credentials. The services and instruction is available in day, night and virtual sessions. For systems engineers looking for career skill enhancement, completed courses provide Professional Development Units (PDUs) necessary to maintain our Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certifications.
On March 27, Cheryl Roth will be our invited speaker to share what SLU offers and how their programs can be valuable additions to your professional portfolio.
