With a strong foundation in business administration and a keen eye for detail, Claudia brings a wealth of experience to the team. Prior to joining INCOSE, she held a service coordinator position at a multinational German company in the automotive sector, where she honed her skills in order management, invoicing, and administrative tasks. She was responsible for the commercial offers and invoices related to the service department, as well as issuing shipping bills, managing the work account register, and maintaining workplace safety documents.
A polyglot with a bachelor's in foreign languages, Claudia is fluent in Italian, Romanian, English, Spanish, and German. She is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to INCOSE’s MarCom Team's success. In her free time, she enjoys reading, fitness, travel, and interior design.
Claudia Cobilita is INCOSE’s Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our EMEA and Asia/Oceania Sectors. Based in Italy, she plays a pivotal role in expanding our sponsorship network and managing strategic collaborations with INCOSE partners, including INCOSE’s MOUs, the Corporate Advisory Board, and the Academic Council. She assists INCOSE’s sponsors and advertisers in ensuring their content is shared with the membership and represents INCOSE at partner events.
