• The venue has 10,000 sqm of gardens, contributing to a CO2 reduction
• Highly efficient gas-fired hot water system requiring less energy consumption
• Reuse of "non-drinking" water for garden irrigation, extracted from a well. Waste water is sent to the municipal water treatment plant.
• Water-saving devices on toilets
• Conservation of electricity by managing peak and off-peak consumption times
• Use of environmentally friendly biodegradable detergents and 100% natural room amenities
• Use of energy-saving light bulbs. Motion detectors to reduce energy and turn on lights only when necessary
• Hotel will use mugs for coffee breaks
