INCOSE member Mr. Orlando Illi was recently name one of the finalists to the 2008 Service to America Medal. The award is widely considered one of the most prestigious awards dedicated to celebrating employees of the United Stated Government. In only five years Mr. Illi and his team, the Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) Team, digitally captured and stored over five (5) million patient records. These records are now electronically available to military hospitals within the United States, Southwest Asia, Europe, and South Korea.
