Rand Whillock

Mr. Rand Whillock is a senior principal research scientist at Adventium Labs working in areas of model based engineering, cyber security and sensor processing. Mr. Whillock is the program manager for the Security and Safety Co-Analysis Tool Environment (SSCATE) a 2 year program funded by the US Army to develop model based distributed risk analysis tools for systems of medical devices. Mr. Whillock has extensive experience in systems engineering for complex systems, including the use of the Architecture Analysis and Design Language (AADL) modeling language and analysis tools for medical device risk management, fault management of spacecraft systems, and processor schedule analysis of aircraft systems. Previously Mr. Whillock led a multi-million dollar program that developed the Combined Face And Iris Recognition System (CFAIRS), a complex multi-sensor system for long range biometrics signature acquisition.
