Kevin Bollom is vice president of building services for Trane Commercial North America, a leading global provider of indoor comfort solutions and services and a brand of Ingersoll Rand. Bollom brings significant depth and breadth of experience in understanding and delivering a high-quality customer service experience and energy efficiency in commercial buildings. His background includes leading building services offerings, product management, the customer care team, and building operations for Trane. He also heads teams driving technical and product support, providing a platform to advance the Trane brand as the market leader.
Kevin joined Trane in 2002 as vice president of Supply Chain and Operations, taking on various supply chain roles before being named vice president of Engineering and Technology in 2010. In this global role, Kevin focused on product innovations and next-generation refrigerants for commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kevin brings significant customer value experience, having led a team of more than 1,000 engineers to deliver customer value through lean operational excellence across global engineering and technology teams.
Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Kevin worked for Medtronic, Kimberly Clark and Ernst & Young Management Consulting in various operations, productivity and planning roles. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn.
