Chris Brinkley is a Systems Engineer and Program Manager with Human Factors expertise and experience in the Military, Aerospace, and Commercial markets. He has led both collocated and distributed teams in large scale system development projects. He has introduced and implemented Systems Engineering principles and processes for organizations that were sized for the needs and experience of the organization. He has studied the Human Factors aspects of many different Systems, and translated those findings into actionable requirements for implementation. Chris has developed product line architectures that reduce parts count, contain complexity, reduce development time and cost, and provide cost effective scalable solutions for a B2C market. His Systems Engineering / Human Factors / Program Management experience has been at Orbital ATK, Honeywell (and their Bendix King subsidiary), John Deere, and Rockwell Collins. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
