INCOSE Cafés

We know that the benefit of attending an INCOSE International Symposium goes beyond the cutting-edge content being presented. It includes the opportunity to take a break from the technical presentations and have an informal chat with other attendees. We have created a virtual pathway to encourage these conversations and help you maximize the value of your participation.

• A general café will be open from 09:30 – 20:00 UTC+2 (half an hour before the start of the technical program and until two hours after the end). There will be a host to help facilitate the café but the conversation will move in the desired direction of those participating. Feel free to drop in and out of the Zoom meeting.
• On Monday and Wednesday during the first break (1210 UTC+2), Kerry Lunney and Marilee Wheaton will be in the café for a "Meet the President" session. Join us to ask questions or share suggestion with the INCOSE president and president-elect.
• Half an hour after the technical program there will be three extra cafes, one café for each track from the day. These will enable a more focused continuation of conversation about the specific technical topics of the day.

If you want to continue the conversation, join the session(s) of your choice (see specific session details for each day). You may join more than one session and drift from one conversation to another (using discrete Zoom links for each session).
Since these are virtual cafés, we encourage you to bring your own refreshments.
