The Healthcare Working Group of INCOSE, welcomes you to the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Conference will be at the Crowne Plaza AiRE in Bloomington, MN, near the MSP airport and the Mall of America.
Special discounted room rates are available for Conference attendees. Visit Crowne Plaza AiRE here for reservations.
On the “Find Rooms” tab of the hotel site, enter the “Check In” and “Check Out” dates. This will auto-fill in the conference group rate code. The group rate codes are valid for the date range April 27th to May 5th.
Select “Book”. This will allow you to select a room.
Note: If you put invalid conference dates in the “Check In” and “Check Out” boxes located on the “Find Rooms” tab, you will be taken to another booking page. Valid date range is any date from April 27th to May 5th. In case of invalid date range there will be a message stating this conference code is not valid for this hotel. Re-enter valid conference check-in and check-out dates and the conference group rate code will apply.

Getting There
