Cancellation policy for in person attendance
In the event you will be unable to attend the workshop in person after you have registered, there are two options.
Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to virtual participation
If you would like to attend the workshop remotely, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to [email protected] by Monday, October 31, 2022. INCOSE will review the request for changing to remote participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for remote participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes (by January 31st).
Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to [email protected] by Monday, October 31, 2022. INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Monday, October 31, 2022 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, October 31, 2022.
Cancellation policy for virtual participation
In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to [email protected] by Monday, October 31, 2022. All cancellations received by Monday, October 31, 2022 will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, October 31, 2022.
