1 Student status: students qualify if they are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program.
2 The Senior rate is for attendees 65y and over.
3 The Banquet is not included for Student, day rate and guests.
4 The Welcome reception is not included for guests.
10% or 20% VAT/Sales tax may be applied on registration fees if deemed necessary according the French Tax Code. Detailed information will be given on the registration form.
Cancellation policy
In the event you will be unable to attend the Human Systems Integration Conference after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to [email protected] by Friday, August 16, 2019. All cancellations received by Friday, August 16, 2019 will be subject to a 60 USD cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Friday, August 16, 2019.
Substitutions are allowed at no extra fee. Please send an email to [email protected] with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.
