Registration fees

All IS attendees pay a registration fee to help defray the costs of the event.

The registration fee for attendance for an INCOSE member is $1,995 (excl. tax) for in-person attendance and $650 (excl. tax) for virtual participation. The INCOSE International Symposium is also open to non-members for a registration fee of $2,495 (excl. tax) for in-person attendance and $825 (excl. tax) for virtual participation.

Lunches and coffee breaks are provided for in-person attendees but not for guests.

In-person participation

Full Registration
Includes access to all technical sessions, tutorials*, admission to exhibits, eProceedings, conference bag, lunches & breaks, Ice-Breaker reception, and selected recordings during the event and for four weeks after the event. All recordings will be made available through the INCOSE website within 60 days post event. Ticket for the official dinner, which is NOT included in the full registration rate, is available for purchase

Day Registration
Includes technical sessions, tutorials*, lunches & breaks, admission to exhibits for the selected day(s), eProceedings, conference bag, and selected recordings for the selected day(s) during the event and for four weeks after the event.
Tickets for the Ice-Breaker reception and the official dinner, which are NOT included in the day registration rate, are available for purchase.

(*) Tutorials are subject to a $65 (excl. tax) admission fee each and must be selected individually during registration.

Guest Registration
People attending the symposium with a guest should proactively register their guest for any social event(s) in which they intend to participate. This allows us to plan the food and beverage needs ahead of time. On-site sales will be limited.

Virtual participation

Full Registration
Includes access to the virtual technical program, and eProceedings. Broadcasted sessions will be available live with recordings available through the platform and app during the event and for four weeks after the event. All recordings will be made available through the INCOSE website within 60 days post event.

One Day Registration
Includes access to the virtual technical sessions, on the selected day, eProceedings, and recordings of the selected day during the event and for four weeks after the event. This includes both live and broadcasted content for the selected day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for In-person participation

In the event you will be unable to attend the Symposium in person after you have registered, there are two options.

Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to virtual participation
If you would like to attend the conference virtually, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to [email protected] by Friday, June 7, 2024. INCOSE will review the request for changing to virtual participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for virtual participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes.

Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to [email protected] by Friday, June 7, 2024. INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Friday, June 7, 2024 will be subject to a $50 (excl. tax) cancellation fee for INCOSE Members, $25 (excl. tax) for Student Member or Non-Members and $195 (excl. tax) for Non-Members.

There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Friday, June 7, 2024.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant. Please send an email to [email protected] with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.

Cancellation policy for Virtual participation

In the event you will be unable to attend the Symposium after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to [email protected] by Friday, June 7, 2024. All cancellations received by Friday, June 7, 2024 will be subject to a $20 (excl. tax) cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and $75 (excl. tax) for Non-Members.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Friday, June 7, 2024.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant.
